Problem: One of our customers approached us with a very large Telephone bill. In fact the bill was in excess of $2,000 AUD for one month. This business was a national business with multiple office locations:
Solution: Our solution was to introduce a HostedPBX service configured with IVR, Call Recording, Time of day and Follow to Mobile. By using HostedPBX our customer was able to reduce the number of Telephone lines to the business premises and with the reduced call rates and less lines was able to bring there monthly phone bill under $1,000 per month. Thats a significant saving.

Problem: This customer was starting out a business from scratch and was worried about missing a call due to being out of the office.
Solution: Our solution was to provide a HostedPBX service that allowed their 1300 number to be landed on one of our Direct Inward Dial numbers and then greet with a message. All calls then ring the VOIP desk phone and their mobile phone simultaneously. This provided a solution that ensured that all calls were answered promptly and meant that no potential lost business. Business is now thriving for this customer.
