Solution: Our solution was to introduce a HostedPBX service configured with IVR, Call Recording, Time of day and Follow to Mobile. By using HostedPBX our customer was able to reduce the number of Telephone lines to the business premises and with the reduced call rates and less lines was able to bring there monthly phone bill under $1,000 per month. That’s a significant saving.
